After spending days listening to Bob Marley, the obvious next step was to create my own wah-wah effect Mu-Tron style. Trigger by the volume and attack of your playing, this fast response envelope filter (LFO) is pretty versatile. I thought a way for the performer to be able to alter the quaky tone, to be more accurate as well, so I setup a unique selector giving 4 different possibilities, great for bass too!

A reverb of the analogue vintage style series. You can not live without it.
La Nocive is build with the newest of the Belton brick, the BTDR-3H reverb chamber. And it sounds pretty good! This is not a real spring reverb, nor a clean digital one; it’s a little rowdy when push to the limit, but it has such a pleasing sound that you will want it on your pedalboard. It is dirty, sixties classic, and even big plate if you like.
Its slightly metallic spring sound feels like standing in a 30 x 40 space with a high 16 feet ceiling and wooden carpeted floor. When fixed at about 30-40 ms, its delay time is similar to a traditional Fender reverb tank. The circuit of the module simulates decay time close to a wall reflection.

Here it is, the first pedal of the analogue vintage style series.

A rich, warm and darker delay developed with simple digital/analog IC chip converter. Its unique sound quality made it specially useful with distorted tone, where often many more sophisticated delay pedals fail. Its sound quality could be compare to the old classic space echo or tape echo units.

The design are fairly simple: 5 silicon jFet transistors opamp in a 3 stages working in a combined effort that amplified the source to a bend of harmonies. That is a 6 knobs function distorsion: the basic 3 bands EQ, Treble, Mid and Bass, a Drive, a Voice and a Level. The Voice and the Mid are of key importance for they giving you the scope and range you can get with that cool tool. Because transistor pedals have only one sound and one tone, I built that pedal in order to allow diverse variations. You will have to fine-tune it to get the tone you want.
