N.B : All rehearsal studios are rented by the hour, are fully equipped, and are easily accessible in the heart of Montreal. However, we always recommend that professionals schedule several hours in the music studio, as a 60-minute session is often too short to explore your full range.

How to choose your studio based on your project
When hesitating between a Standard or Spacious rehearsal studio, consider the most limiting factor in your music. Is it the dynamics of the drums, the projection of the vocals, the space needed to move around, or the precision required for a reference recording with a phone or portable recorder?

At the time of your booking:
- Upon arrival, go to the shop; sign the rental agreement and pay for the studio rental.
- The receptionist will give you a unique access code (which expires at the end of your reservation).
You are responsible for ensuring that the studio is properly closed and locked upon your departure.
- Everything is already in the studio and it's ready to play.
- You must return the studio in the same condition as when you arrived and leave at the scheduled time.

- We will only carry out the checks after you have left the building.
If you have any additional equipment needs, consider requesting them in advance.
Therefore, in order to keep our rates reasonably low, we have chosen to transfer certain responsibilities to you. The rental agreement, in this context, guarantees your responsibility regarding the hourly use of the studio, the equipment, and the security of the premises.
There are 3 main points:
- Equipment check upon your arrival and before your departure.
- Return the music studio to the same condition as when you arrived.
- The studio is secure upon your departure.
